I said there was more to Saturday than just the market. It was a perfect day--beautiful weather and lovely places to walk to. One of our goals is to eat outside as much as possible and we did all three meals. We started at the Hotel Dieu, a hospital built for the poor in the 1500's. Then we wandered all over Beaune, stopping in the church, following the city walls, having lunch outside at a cafe, and finally dinner at Dame Tartine, with wonderfully French food.
